To register, please visit our office.
If you already have some background in Hebrew, you'll need to take a placement test. These tests are held Sunday through Thursday, from 9:00 to 15:00, at our office located in the Hebrew Union College campus, 13 King David St., Jerusalem.
If you have no prior knowledge of Hebrew, your level is Alef.
Once your level and class have been determined, you'll need to fill out the registration form and settle the payment.

1. Cash: one payment
2. Credit card or check: up to three installments
Payment must be settled on the day of registration.

You may cancel your registration up until the end of the second week of the semester. The refund policy is as follows:
Cancellation before the semester begins: You are entitled to a full refund, minus a 200 NIS non-refundable registration fee.
Cancellation during the first week of the semester: You are entitled to a 75% refund of the total course tuition.
Cancellation during the second week: You are entitled to a 50% refund of the total course tuition.
From the beginning of the third week onward, no refunds are given.
From the beginning of the third week onward, you cannot transfer the tuition as credit for a future course.

Intensive courses are held three or four days a week and cover an entire level. This means you complete one level in one semester (approximately three months).
Non-intensive courses are held only twice a week and cover half a level per semester.

No, unfortunately, Misrad HaKlita does not issue vouchers for Ulpan Milah because our classes usually consist of more than twelve students.
However, we do offer a 15 % discount for new Olim who have been in Israel for up to two years.

No, we do not offer a specific course dedicated to the YAEL exam. However, students who successfully complete level Gimmel at Ulpan Milah usually receive a high grade on the exam.

No, we do not offer courses that focus exclusively on speaking. We believe it is important to learn all components of the language, so our classes cover all four skills: reading, writing, comprehension, and verbal skills.

No, we do not offer online courses. All of our courses are held in person at the Hebrew Union College campus, located at 13 King David St., Jerusalem.

Yes, we offer evening courses from 17:30 to 20:30.

If you studied at a high school in Jerusalem, please bring your Tawjihi or Bagrut certificate with you.

Students who complete the course and achieve a final grade of 65% or higher will receive a certificate confirming their completion of the level. This grade also allows them to continue to the next level.

Yes, you can get a student card two weeks after the semester begins.

No, unfortunately, we do not have a private parking lot. You can park in blue-and-white parking zones (street parking) or in nearby parking lots, such as the Mamilla Mall parking lot.
