Afternoon
Level Bet is the second of the basic Ulpan levels. The students will deepen their knowledge of the verb system and will learn the future tense. The grammar studies are more extensive, and the vocabulary learned is expanded. The texts studied at this level are longer, as are the essays. The students will read texts and dialogs, speak in Hebrew to each other and the teachers, listen to songs in Hebrew, watch Hebrew movie clips and deepen their knowledge of the language. By the end of this level the students will know how to speak, write and read more freely and actively. At this level the students will use the book Hebrew: Take 2, which include multicultural issues. According to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) the students will reach proficiency Level A2.
